According to Jashemski –
In the middle of the garden, the excavators found three slender octagonal columns, and the remnants of a fourth one, finished with green stucco, all that remained of the pergola that had once shaded the triclinium. During the renovation of the house the triclinium had been destroyed save for a part of the west couch which served as a support for an aedicula, still without stucco, built against the west wall apparently to serve as a fountain.
In front of the aedicula niche, on the same base, was a circular masonry monopodium covered with stucco.
Inside the niche was a white marble puteal, covered with a grey marble plate on which stood a marble fountain statuette of a standing nymph.

According to Wilhelmina, “found inside the niche was a white marble puteal, covered with a grey marble plate on which stood a marble fountain statuette of a standing nymph (0.54m high, Naples Archaeological Museum inv.no: 124841) leaning with her left arm on a leather bag placed on top of a trunk of a tree.
The statuette still showed traces of colour. There were various statuettes nearby.”
