The Three Graces. Opus vermiculatum wall panel made of limestone, glass paste and shells.
The three goddesses are sown dancing with their arms raised in the air in a gesture that gracefully unites them.
(Third quarter of the Ist century AD).
(Le tre Grazie. Pannello parietale in opus
vermiculatum di calcare, pasta vitrea e conchiglia.
Le tre dee sono raffigurate, danzanti con le
braccia sollevate all’altezza delle spalle in un gesto che le unisce con
grazia.

Achilles confronts Agamemnon. Polychrome wall mosaic made of limestone, glass paste and shells.
Achilles, restrained by Athena, in his attempt to have Brisels returned to him, unsheathes his sword and approaches Agamemnon who is seated on a stool and looks startled. To the right, his beloved slave girl observes the scene in dismay.

Achille, trattenuto da Atena, per ottenere la
restituzione di Briseide, sguaina la spada contro Agamennone, seduto su un
