According to NdS, the walls were decorated with purple and yellow panels containing paintings of fishes in the centres of the purple panels.
The north wall of the exedra is still seen with painted decoration.

The doorway to room 8, exedra, is on the right. In the centre right, is the doorway to room 9, the kitchen.

According to Boyce, painted underneath the niche was the altar with two serpents.
On the altar were two eggs and a pinecone.

Il triclinio,
addossato al lato occidentale del peristilio, che peraltro era privo del
portico, ha i letti laterali di eguale lunghezza.
Attualmente i
perimetri in muratura dei tre letti sono piu alti del livello del terreno che
forma la superficie superiore dei letti.
Due colonne sul
davanti e due mezze colonne sul fondo sostenevano un pergolato: sono ancora
visibili i fori in cui erano inseriti i piccoli pali che sostenevano la vite.
La mensa rettangolare era in origine piu piccola e rivestita di intonaco rosso;
ampliata in seguito venne ricoperta da una lastra di marmo di spessore
ineguale.
Il rivestimento a
intonaco delle colonne, parzialmente conservato, ha una raffigurazione di
pampini e di grappoli di uva su fondo giallo. La parete di fondo presenta una
decorazione di II stile con prospettive architettoniche piuttosto sbiadite.
Le pareti esterne
dei letti sono attualmente prive di intonaco, ma al tempo dello scavo quelle
anteriori presentavano raffigurazioni paesistiche con sacelli e oranti.

According to NdS, on the peristyle walls near to the doorway to room 5, the storeroom, was a garden painting which was surrounded by trellis and in which, one could see a tree with doves, birds and a nest of small birds, at the top.

Remains of several layers of superimposed decorated painted plaster in niche.
According to Boyce, red flowers were painted on the earlier white stucco on the side walls.
On the rear wall was a figure in yellow, perhaps a Lar, but only his feet were visible. Today, nothing remains.
