According to Peters, two small landscapes were to be seen on the southern wall of the exedra, south of the atrium.
These were in the centres of the side panels. The wall was divided into two parts by a central red compartment.

According to Peters, of the left-hand landscape, only fragments showing buildings can still be seen.
In 1963, in the centre left, he could make out a porticus on the water, but the rest was no longer describable. (p.151)

I.10.11 Pompeii. March 2009. Room 6, south wall of ala or exedra with remains of wall painting.
According to Peters, the landscape on the right-hand side had been better preserved.
The only piece missing was a strip along its lower edge.
In the centre he could see a sacred tree and an altar, near to which were two people offering.
On the right, but still in the centre, there was a temple and a dead tree.
On the left, he could see a sanctuary against the rocks. (p.151)

I.10.11 Pompeii. March 2009. Room 7, south wall of cubiculum with a painting of a sphinx in both side panels.
In the north wall, on both west and east sides of the doorway, a painted sphinx can also be seen.
On the west wall, there were also small painted panels; at the south end were painted ducks among rushes, and at the north end was a painted crocodile. The east wall also had a painted panel with a crocodile at the north end, and a panel with ducks at the south end.
According to PPM –
In room 7, there was a simple decoration painted on a white
background with
other architectural views and small panels of sphinxes and crocodiles or ducks
among rushes.
