Found in May 1853, painted on the pilaster, on the right, between VIII.4.19 and 18, were –

M(arcum)  Holconium

Priscum  aed(ilem)  o(ro)  v(os)  f(aciatis)    [CIL IV 981]

Sabinum   [CIL IV 982]

A(ulum) Vettium Felicem

aed(ilem) Ioi(...)ius rog(at)     [CIL IV 983]

Another painted inscription was found on the façade of either VIII.4.19 or 18.

The only readable part was –     ……..ius rog(at)   [CIL IV 983]

Della Corte wrote that unfortunately this was not enough to give a name, see above.
