I.5.2 Pompeii. September 2005. Entrance.  According to Cooley, a graffito inscription written in carbon, was found on the wall of the shop-room leading to the tannery reading: Tannery of Xulmus    [CIL IV 4014]

According to Della Corte, written in the entrance was the graffito -
