I.4.8 Pompeii. May 2005. Entrance.  The following painted graffiti was found in April 1853.
CIL IV 998 was written in red and black, on the pilaster between I.4.8 and I.4.7, on the right:
L(ucium Popidium aed(ilem)
Fullo rog(at).

CIL IV 999 was found here, or nearby:
A(ulum) Vettium
Felicem aed(ilem o(ro) v(os) f(aciatis)

The following painted graffiti was found in April 1853.
